Welcome to Wildcat Pottery
Wildcat Pottery is brought to you by Jane Fox – a ceramicist working mainly in porcelain and stoneware from her Byre Studio and Workshop just outside Grantown on Spey.
Pieces are wheel thrown and handbuilt using nature inspired texture and colours from the forests, moors and local coastlines. She particularly likes the use of transparent glazes for textured and sea inspired pieces and enjoys experimenting with glaze combinations on functional earthy stoneware.
A new byre renovation at her home just outside Grantown, has given Jane the potential to showcase her pieces in a ‘real life’ setting where vistors can feel at home and experience Janes ceramics in a friendly relaxed environment.
Visits are by appointment or on Open Studio days and she looks forward to welcoming you.
